What's All This About Romania?

This summer I have been given the opportunity to travel to ROMANIA where I will be working with Livada Orphan Care as they minister to the Roma (Gypsy) people. Livada has several ministries that I will get to take part in. I will be helping run Livada’s summer camp where our main purpose will be to share the gospel with and love on at risk Gypsy children. I will also have the opportunity to spend time in the orphanages for abandoned babies and toddlers! We will be assisting their caregivers with basic care for the children but more importantly our mission is to pray over the babies, by name, and share God’s love in the smallest of ways. IM SO EXCITED!


The purpose of this blog is to keep family and friends posted on my time in Romania and more importantly on the transforming power of Christ's love to the Roma (Gypsy) people. If you're interested in learning more about Livada you can visit their website-livada.org. 

As I prepare for this trip the MOST IMPORTANT THING IS PRAYER. I cannot minister effectively without your prayer support throughout the summer. It is vital to have people like you join me on my knees in prayer for the Lord’s will to be done in the lives of the orphans, my teammates, and my life as well. He has such tremendous things in store!
